Can I return the strap?

We only accepts returns on non-customized straps, unless there is a defect. You can return the strap (non-customized) for a full refund within 30 days if you’re not satisfied. If you return the item, a refund including the original shipping fee will be issued. The return shipment must have a tracking number as proof. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been printed yet.

My strap is broken

We offer a lifetime guarantee for all of our straps, so if it breaks due to wear and tear we can offer a replacement free of charge. Note that the design or the strap size cannot change, it must be the same one.

I never received the strap

If you haven't received the strap, please double-check the tracking information. If it says delivered, please ask you neighbours. Once the tracking information says "delivered" we are no longer liable for any lost or missing items.
